Baddeley Green and Bucknall Parks get an uplift
The Community Clean Up Team have been back out on the streets of Staffordshire, responding to requests from the local community in giving their parks a freshen up. We’re proud to be supporting Signal Radio’s Big Community Clean Up this summer.
Baddeley Green Park – Miner’s Estate
The park in Baddeley Green had been vandalised with graffiti and wasn’t a particularly appealing place for the local children to visit. The team went in and cleaned up the play equipment to remove the graffiti. The park now looks much more inviting and will hopefully encourage local families to visit and play.
Bucknall Park
One of the local residents had got in touch with Signal Radio and asked for help in cleaning up Bucknall Park. The park had been covered in concentrated patches of litter, which wasn’t very appealing for people to visit. The Community Clean Up team responded to the request for help, and went down to clean the park up.
