In 2016, I have ran, swam and cycled the distance from Madrid to Moscow… and back again!  I’m currently suffering from plantar fasciitis, which means I can’t get out running as much as I’d like.  However, I’m hoping the work and training I’ve done in 2016, will put be in a good position for the next 3 months of training.
