Sales Process Coordinator

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Location: Wednesbury – WS10 7LL

Hours of work: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

The Sales Process Coordinator will join the team at our Industrial Services division based in Wednesbury. They will deliver all aspects of preparation of the sales invoicing process , to include the raising of purchase orders to assist the sales management process.

Key duties:

  • Complete job packs to assist the sales order process, from enquiry to completion, including the raising of invoices.
  • Manage and process invoices including the production of credit notes.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers.
  • Work alongside sales/commercial/operational teams
  • Scan relevant documentation and allocate to specific job file on company’s IT systems and drives.
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Compile customer information requests (e.g. DOC information)
  • Complete general office duties, i.e. filing, opening and re-directing post, supporting the management team.
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be expected.

Key requirements for the role:

  • Waste Industry/Industrial cleaning experience would be ideal but not compulsory)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good people management experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
