RED Industries, in collaboration with Adgespeed, proudly supported the Subaru Impreza S11 WRC replica driven by Adrian Spencer and co-driver Mark Hewitt in the recent Tour of Epynt Rally. This thrilling event took place on the challenging tarmac roads of the military ranges nestled in the picturesque Brecon Beacons.
Seeded at a commendable car 26 position, Adrian and Mark were ready to tackle the demanding rally. The day began under dry conditions, and after the initial 4 stages out of 7, the duo held a respectable 8th place. However, the weather took a turn for the wet, with rain adding an extra layer of complexity to the already formidable challenge faced by all participants.
Undeterred by the challenging conditions, Adrian and Mark showcased their driving prowess, skillfully navigating the treacherous terrain. Their outstanding performance enabled them to climb another 2 places, securing a remarkable 6th overall finish and a well-deserved 1st place in their class, completing a total of 75 miles of intense rallying.
