Nigel has been the Group’s Managing Director since 2018, where his enthusiasm for the business to continue in its achievements, combined with his knowledge of the waste industry has been essential to the company’s growth and success. Red Industries has been listed as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK (The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100) and Nigel will be driving the business forward to further growth over the coming years while continuing to deliver excellence to Red Industries customers.

With a passion for the sector, Nigel’s knowledge and experience is respected in the waste management industry where he has worked for over 30 years, the majority of that time at director level. The organisation is proud of its expertise in providing innovative environmental and industrial services solutions combined with safe and compliant hazardous waste management. The knowledge and experience held by Nigel, the senior team and management across all areas of the business is industry leading. It is able to support their strong growth ambitions, see success in continuing to develop their people and processes and allow them to provide wider, allied specialist and bespoke services to their customer base.

Nigel’s appointment underpins the ambitious growth plans for the company which has recently strengthened its industrial services functionality. The latest acquisition, Pro-Clean Industrial Services, now enables Red Industries to offer comprehensive, specialist industrial services capability at scale to their clients.

As the company grows, Nigel recognises the key cornerstone and strength of the organisation. “Through our next phase of growth, we will ensure we retain our customer centred approach. In doing so we will see that our business relationships, the high level of customer service and the responsiveness we pride ourselves in, will continue to be our foundation. This is an exciting time for us, and I am delighted to be going on this journey with my highly accomplished and professional colleagues at Red Industries ”.
Nigel will continue to work closely with Executive Management and the Board to pursue and achieve the goals set out in Red Industries strategic plan.
Adam Share, who founded Red Industries in 2006 will continue in his active role in the business as Chairman of the Board.

This new phase in the company’s development will build upon the Red philosophy of providing support through innovative and ground-breaking solutions to key sectors of UK industry and manufacturing. Both Nigel and Adam will continue to work closely and share a common belief that people matter most in business.

Nigel explains their outlook “Building from this underlying principle, Red Industries is excited about the future. We look forward to further investment in new processes and technologies, whilst making further strategic acquisitions. This will add to our strength and consolidate our position as we work to fulfil our vision to be the foremost provider of hazardous waste and industrial services in the UK”.
